Rates

$150 per 60 minute session

Insurance

I currently bill Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Humana/Tricare, and Aetna, however, other insurance companies may still pay for your therapy sessions. If I don't bill your insurance company directly or you are concerned about privacy, I can provide you with documentation stating a diagnosis code and your visit dates and you may be reimbursed for the session fee at an "out of network" rate. Most insurance companies will reimburse individuals for my services.

Sliding Scale Fee

Sliding scale fees are available on an individual basis. Please ask me at the time of scheduling your appointment if you are interested in learning more.

Payment

I currently accept cash, personal check, debit/credit card and Health Savings Account.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
